The SBT IMMOBILIEN Group companies are audited in accordance with § 316 et seq. HGB (German Commercial Code) W+ST Investment Audits GmbH was appointed auditor of the annual financial statements for the 2024 financial year (1 January – 31 December). The auditor examined the individual and consolidated financial statements prepared by the management as at 31 December 2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code and issued unqualified audit opinions in each case.
